Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: Firebase/Google Cloud (infrastructure provider), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and law enforcement when required by law. Coach-Mate uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymized usage statistics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible in read-only mode. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Coach-Mate is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and European Union, where our infrastructure providers maintain servers. We ensure adequate data protection measures are in place for all international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
