1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Coach-Mate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Coach-Mate reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Coach-Mate is a web-based client management platform designed for personal trainers and fitness coaches. The Service provides tools for client tracking, measurement recording, photo archiving, workout program creation, package management, and financial tracking.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Coach-Mate offers a free Starter plan (limited to 3 clients) and a paid Pro Coach plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with prior notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service or unused features.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of all data, photos, and content you upload to Coach-Mate. By using the Service, you grant Coach-Mate a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your clients before uploading their personal data or photos.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service's security; share your account credentials with third parties; use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure cloud storage. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Coach-Mate. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
9. Termination
Coach-Mate may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
Coach-Mate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
